Requirements

  • Able to structure content that ranks, engages, and converts
  • Great at managing calendars, workflows, and deadlines
  • Familiar with SERP analysis, keyword placement, metadata, and content structure
  • Comfortable interpreting SEO data to adjust strategy and content direction
  • Confident working with writers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Thrives in remote work and can operate independently
  • Candidates who have owned SEO recommendations end-to-end

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, or Frase
  • Background in editorial workflows or managing writers
  • Understanding of E-E-A-T and helpful content principles
