Responsibilities
- Advise clients on security assurance services, including threat and attack simulation, application security, and operational technology protections.
- Partner with sales to assess customer requirements, design customized security solutions, and assist in crafting proposals.
- Track and report potential service engagements with accurate forecasting.
- Increase revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding services within current accounts.
- Lead executive-level strategy sessions to align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals.
- Explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Train and support account executives to improve strategic customer engagement.
- Assist sales and partners by creating reusable service programs for broad organizational use.
- Help develop and refine service offerings to meet evolving market demands.
- Continuously build expertise in information security trends, tools, and methodologies.
- Integrate emerging industry advancements into client-facing solutions and delivery practices.
- Be available for client-facing travel, as needed, up to 20% of the time.
