About the Role
This position involves leading SAP Extended Warehouse Management implementations, providing configuration expertise, and guiding clients through process optimization and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM deployment projects
- Configure warehouse management processes within SAP systems
- Collaborate with clients to analyze logistics requirements
- Design and implement warehouse process workflows
- Support data migration and system integration activities
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validation
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
- Provide expert guidance on EWM best practices
- Assist in blueprinting and requirements gathering
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams
- Deliver training sessions for client personnel
- Document system configurations and process designs
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets
- Participate in project planning and status reviews
- Support post-go-live stabilization and support
- Optimize warehouse operations using EWM features
- Integrate SAP EWM with peripheral systems
- Evaluate existing warehouse processes for improvement
- Assist in defining material flow concepts
- Work with ABAP and basis teams on custom developments
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements
- Manage client expectations and communication
- Contribute to proposal and project scoping efforts
- Stay current with SAP EWM updates and innovations
- Ensure alignment with overall supply chain strategy
