About the Role
This role requires a top-tier Salesforce specialist with deep expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, capable of independently managing and scaling complex enterprise ecosystems. Candidates must have comprehensive platform knowledge and proven experience in end-to-end architecture and optimization without reliance on external guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Salesforce environment, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce
- Design and implement advanced Marketing Cloud solutions involving Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, audience segmentation, and personalization features
- Create and deploy Data Cloud architectures for data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation workflows
- Develop and maintain data streams, data model objects, calculated insights, and activation targets within Data Cloud
- Oversee large-scale implementations and integrations across all components of the Salesforce platform
- Establish and enforce data strategy, data quality standards, and compliance policies across all Salesforce clouds
- Serve as the highest-level technical expert and escalation point for all Salesforce-related issues
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology leaders to define platform vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-tier Salesforce team members
Role Overview
We are looking for an elite-level Salesforce professional who has mastered Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud and can own the full Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This is not a generalist role — we need someone who has built, scaled, and optimised complex Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments at enterprise level, knows every corner of the Salesforce platform, and can lead strategy and execution without hand-holding. If you have to Google the basics, this is not the role for you.
