They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech. As a Salesforce developer at Endava you will Responsibilities: - Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas. - Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn't intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas. - Configure and develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform. - Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
