Responsibilities
- Build and tailor Salesforce platforms through configuration, coding, and integrations to fulfill business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to collect and assess functional and technical needs, converting them into efficient and scalable system designs.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and triggers to improve platform functionality.
- Write and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning web components to expand platform capabilities.
- Connect Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and databases to enable smooth data exchange and interoperability.
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
- Conduct code reviews, detect performance issues, and implement optimizations for better system efficiency.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to diagnose and fix technical problems, offering guidance and support when necessary.
- Keep current with Salesforce updates, new tools, and industry standards, recommending improvements and upgrades proactively.
