Responsibilities
- Help shape strategy, execution, and long-term expansion for over-the-counter spot and derivatives trading desks
- Develop and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and trading partners
- Support strong risk controls in spot, options, and derivative markets by managing client flow, accurate pricing, and operational precision
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tools for pricing, trade execution, monitoring, and post-trade workflows
- Coordinate with spot, futures, and OTC desks to align goals, improve liquidity access, and leverage operational synergies
- Monitor evolving trends in cryptocurrency and derivatives markets, including funding conditions and macro events, to identify growth and innovation opportunities for clients
- Take initiative in business development efforts, deepen client connections, and support the scaling of OTC trading operations
