About the Role
The Senior Sales Recruiter will own end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, building pipelines of qualified candidates, collaborating with leadership to define hiring needs, and delivering a strong candidate experience while scaling hiring across regions.
Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent communication throughout the interview process
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales roles and market trends
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within hiring practices
- Optimize recruitment workflows to improve time-to-hire metrics
- Provide data-driven insights on hiring performance to stakeholders
- Build relationships with potential candidates before open roles exist
- Create job descriptions aligned with role requirements and company values
- Support onboarding coordination between HR and new hires
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and ROI
- Mentor junior team members on best recruiting practices
- Promote employer brand through professional networks
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to improve process
