Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Americas to shape and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Enhance sales workflows, focusing on pipeline oversight, CRM efficiency, and the use of sales enablement platforms.
- Engage cross-functionally with teams in inside sales, solution architecture, marketing, product, and customer success to align go-to-market efforts.
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and propose data-backed improvements to boost conversion and revenue outcomes.
- Support sales operations, business development, and related functions while promoting a culture of high performance.
- Act as a bridge between sales leadership, field leaders, individual contributors, and executive stakeholders to ensure strategic clarity and effective communication.
