MaxLinear is hiring a Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales initiatives within China to achieve business objectives
  • Manage customer relationships, drive opportunity pipeline, and increase revenue
  • Pursue and expand business opportunities with both current and new clients
  • Guide prospects from initial design phases through to mass production and final win
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts, including contract negotiation and closure
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with strategic customers
  • Conduct periodic customer visits, technical discussions, and needs assessments
  • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and advocate for company solutions
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, including technology trends, customer project roadmaps, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts in telecom and data centers
  • Coordinate with internal product teams to relay customer feedback on performance, compatibility, and other technical aspects, and assist marketing with pricing and promotion strategies
  • Partner with corporate teams to ensure accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, quality assurance, quote generation, and resolution of customer support backlogs
