Lead technical interactions during customer trials, aligning platform capabilities with observed usage and resolving technical concerns to ensure successful outcomes.
Secure technically challenging deals by applying in-depth product knowledge, competitive insights, and trusted advisor credibility.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to prospective clients' environments and needs.
Record precise customer feedback and engagement details in the CRM, including reasons behind both won and lost opportunities.
Serve as a two-way communication bridge between clients and internal technical or product teams, sharing insights on product performance and market competition.
