Attentive is looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager to build and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. You will be instrumental in driving the top-of-funnel pipeline and shaping our go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to define goals, targets, and processes
- Analyze team performance metrics to continuously improve efficiency and results
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to support scaling objectives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related sales function
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing SDR teams
- Deep analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
