Phantom is hiring a Senior Rust Engineer to build the full-stack infrastructure for its crypto wallet. You will focus on creating reliable user experiences and optimizing transaction systems across the Solana ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Build delightful user interfaces and create cross-platform client infrastructure on the frontend.
- Create APIs, data pipelines, and services that bridge the blockchain and user experience on the backend.
- Design and optimize systems to ensure Phantom transactions land quickly and consistently across Solana network conditions.
- Architect strategies to maximize value capture and execution quality from Phantom’s retail order flow.
- Stay ahead of Solana market structure changes and adapt Phantom’s systems to leverage advancements.
- Collaborate across engineering and product to build resilient, performant systems that define wallet transaction infrastructure standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in software development.
- At least 2 years of experience in Rust.
- Proven experience in contributing to Solana client development or forks.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building transaction landing infrastructure.
- English language mastery both in spoken and written forms.
