Responsibilities
- Develop and manage test strategies and plans for electronic warfare and radio frequency systems.
- Evaluate and assess performance of wireless communication technologies and components.
- Investigate and resolve test failures identified during integration, characterization, and system validation.
- Perform integration testing across RF, digital, firmware, embedded software, and application layers.
- Conduct performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of electronic systems according to defined procedures.
- Establish and refine test standards, and design or acquire test equipment to ensure testing readiness.
- Participate in field testing and coordinate with teams to support ground and flight evaluations.
- Use data analysis tools to replicate and diagnose system failures.
- Implement automated testing solutions to improve coverage, consistency, and repeatability.
