JumpCloud is hiring a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's growth. You will work directly with key stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own the month-end close process for revenue, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Review customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Prepare detailed revenue analysis and reporting for management
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk teams on contract terms
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of revenue-related internal controls
- Support external audit requests related to revenue and deferred revenue
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience
- Expert knowledge of revenue recognition standards, including ASC 606
- Proven experience with financial systems (ERP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Puebla.
