About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of reseller partners to expand market reach
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies
- Identify and onboard new reseller partners in target regions
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns for partners
- Provide partners with sales enablement tools and training
- Monitor reseller performance and implement improvement plans
- Forecast sales and report on channel performance metrics
- Coordinate with product teams to communicate roadmap updates to partners
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic resellers
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners
- Align reseller goals with overall sales objectives
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Support partners in complex deal negotiations
- Ensure compliance with partner program requirements
- Gather market intelligence from partners to inform strategy
- Work with legal on partner contract terms
- Drive adoption of new product features through partners
- Manage partner certification processes
- Resolve conflicts between partners when necessary
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all partner interactions
- Contribute to the evolution of the global channel strategy
- Support M&A integration efforts involving reseller networks
- Ensure brand consistency across partner sales activities
