Responsibilities
- Offer expert guidance to clients on financial regulations impacting their use of compliance solutions.
- Support clients through operational changes when integrating new systems.
- Monitor client usage in specific regions to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Build and sustain deep knowledge of how financial rules apply to customer onboarding, screening, and ongoing management in jurisdictions such as the UK, Crown Dependencies, British Overseas Territories, Malta, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and GCC countries.
- Create and update standardized onboarding workflows and lifecycle procedures for typical client profiles in targeted regions.
- Engage in sales discussions as a regulatory expert to demonstrate how solutions align with compliance obligations.
- Show how clients’ current processes can be mirrored or improved within the platform to exceed regulatory expectations.
- Identify client pain points before and after purchase and supply regulatory insights to teams designing software responses.
- Partner with technical specialists to confirm solutions fulfill client needs.
- Support sales and deployment staff with demonstrations and technical details.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client implementation, offering practical advice to meet regulatory best practices.
- Attend meetings with major existing clients to advise on upcoming regulatory developments affecting solution use.
- Communicate changes to onboarding or lifecycle templates resulting from regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign content and sales materials.
- Provide regulatory feedback and client insights to the product team to influence platform enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Advise KYC360's customers regarding financial regulation relevant to their operational use of our solutions.
- Assist customers with business change related to the implementation of our solutions.
- Provide a monitoring service to assure the continued regulatory compliance of customers' use of KYC360 solutions in selected jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain recognised expertise in the practical application of financial regulation to the onboarding, screening, and lifecycle management of customers in locations including the UK, the Crown Dependencies, the British Overseas Territories, Malta, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the GCC.
- Develop and maintain templated onboarding journeys and lifecycle management routines for common customer types in selected jurisdictions.
- Join sales conversations as an expert to advise prospective customers on how solutions are tailored to meet regulatory requirements.
- Explain how prospective customers' existing processes can be reflected or enhanced in KYC360 solutions to drive regulatory outperformance.
- Understand customers' challenges both pre and post sale and provide regulatory input to KYC360 teams proposing appropriate software and platform solutions.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Assist sales and implementation team members with product demonstrations and technical information.
- Participate in customer implementation projects in an SME capacity, providing advice and practical guidance to customers on ensuring that their implementation of KYC360 solutions is aligned with regulatory best practice.
- Join account management meetings with key existing customers to provide regulatory input and advice on future regulatory requirements relevant to KYC360 solutions.
- Explain any resultant updates to existing onboarding or lifecycle management templates to customers.
- Work with the marketing team to input on targeted campaigns and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback/regulatory insight and contribute to product improvements.
