Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Irish healthcare recruitment function independently from inception.
- Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market presence and boost revenue.
- Seek out new business prospects and build lasting relationships with key healthcare clients, including public trusts, the HSE, and private hospitals.
- Evaluate industry trends, competitor actions, and client requirements to improve recruitment approaches.
- Support the identification of applicable frameworks and tender opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Reach out to new clients to develop relationships and explore potential job requirements.
- Provide high-quality service to both clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement.
- Utilize online platforms and social media channels to attract talent and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct in-person visits and client meetings to deepen understanding of organizational needs.
- Work independently and take full ownership of performance and outcomes.
- Guide and share effective practices with less experienced team members as the team expands.
- Contribute significantly to defining the long-term recruitment vision for the Irish market.
