About the Role
This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for key corporate functions worldwide, combining hands-on hiring with strategic talent advisory responsibilities. You will collaborate with business leaders to attract top-tier talent, refine hiring processes, mentor junior team members, and help scale the global Talent Acquisition function in support of rapid organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for global corporate and business functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and CEO Office.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on hiring goals, workforce planning, and role specifications.
- Serve as a strategic talent partner by delivering market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring guidance.
- Lead hiring initiatives for senior-level, specialized, confidential, and mission-critical roles across regions.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage high-potential passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines across core business areas to meet immediate and long-term hiring demands.
- Conduct talent mapping across industries, geographies, and competitor organizations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of international labor markets, pay trends, and talent supply across multiple countries.
- Coach and guide junior recruiters to enhance sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Define and roll out standardized recruitment practices, interview methodologies, and sourcing frameworks.
- Analyze recruitment performance, pipeline strength, and hiring outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the growth and scalability of the global Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping in the Applicant Tracking System and maintain reliable recruitment data.
- Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and candidate quality.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Ensure adherence to local employment laws and ethical recruitment standards across all regions.

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for corporate functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, Strategy, and CEO Office on a global scale. This position blends direct recruitment with leadership responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with business leaders to attract impactful talent, shape hiring strategy, and strengthen the Talent Acquisition function. What You’ll Do
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for corporate and business roles worldwide.

- Support the growth and scalability of the global Talent Acquisition team.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure reliable candidate records and reporting.
- Track key metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience at every stage.
- Support compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment standards.
The Right Fit
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across corporate functions.
- Proven track record hiring for Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, Strategy, or similar roles.
- Experience filling senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles across international markets.
- Skilled in passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles while maintaining speed and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management with capacity to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience advising leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Prior experience mentoring junior recruiters is highly valued.
- Familiarity with global hiring, compensation models, and cross-border recruitment.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, project coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
- Background in high-growth tech, startups, internet companies, or fast-scaling organizations is preferred.
