Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, including role intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and closing
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches to identify candidates with rare skill combinations, passive job seekers, and overlooked talent pools
- Ensure a positive candidate journey through prompt communication, transparent interactions, considerate rejection handling, and a process praised by applicants
- Utilize Greenhouse proficiently for pipeline management, evaluation forms, structured interviews, automation, reporting, and actionable data insights
- Integrate AI tools like Claude throughout the recruitment funnel for sourcing searches, personalized outreach, feedback analysis, and task automation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, align on candidate profiles efficiently, and provide regular progress updates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify delays, enhance conversion rates, and reduce time-to-hire continuously
- Contribute to employer branding and talent community development in collectibles, fintech, and marketplace sectors
Requirements
- Minimum five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth startups focusing on hard-to-fill, specialized roles rather than high-volume hiring
- Proven sourcing skills with ability to create pipelines from scratch using creative searches, outreach efforts, and candidate relationship building
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding candidate experience with strong views on excellence in recruitment practices
- Advanced Greenhouse proficiency, including system administration and optimization beyond basic usage
- High comfort with AI tools, especially Claude, with daily application in recruiting and examples of efficiency gains
- Strong ability to quickly assess candidate suitability, especially for non-standard role profiles
- Self-motivated, fast learner capable of independent work and handling increasing responsibilities under pressure

- Recruiting background in marketplaces, fintech, collectibles, or other consumer sectors where trust is critical
- Experience developing recruitment processes, tools, or employer branding from early stages
