Responsibilities
- Develop advanced front-end applications using React Router 7+, TypeScript, and thoughtful component architecture for AI-driven voice platforms, coaching systems, and quality assurance dashboards used daily by agents.
- Integrate large language models, voice processing APIs, and natural language processing services into reliable backend systems, supported by Python-based services built with FastAPI or Django.
- Lead the development and deployment of systems from initial prototype through pilot to large-scale production, ensuring performance, stability, and observability with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and AI specialists to convert business needs into practical, user-centered technical solutions that ship effectively and deliver measurable value.
- Contribute original thinking to system architecture, interface design, and development workflows, directly influencing the evolution of AI product features and engineering practices.
