Responsibilities
- Develop and manage test strategies and plans for electronic warfare and radio frequency systems.
- Evaluate performance and behavior of wireless communication technologies and components.
- Investigate and resolve test failures identified during integration, characterization, and system validation.
- Conduct integration testing across RF, digital, firmware, embedded software, and application layers.
- Lead electrical system testing for performance, calibration, durability, and environmental resilience.
- Establish and uphold test standards, including design, development, or acquisition of test equipment.
- Participate in field testing and coordinate ground and flight test operations.
- Use data analysis methods and diagnostic tools to replicate and assess system failures.
- Implement automated testing solutions to improve coverage, consistency, and repeatability.
