Responsibilities
- Managing commercial performance through effective team leadership, contract administration, and risk management
- Ensuring robust cost reporting and forecasting while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Supporting junior team members and fostering their professional development
- Collaborating with the procurement team to implement effective procurement strategies
- Maximising cash flow through diligent measurement, valuation, and financial control procedures
Requirements
- relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- experience working with NEC forms of contract and current Construction Law
- excellent communicator who can build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise
