Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of qualitative research projects, overseeing client communication, partner coordination, and recruitment of healthcare professionals.
- Occasionally manage quantitative research initiatives in addition to primary qualitative responsibilities.
- Organize and confirm participation for interviews, focus groups, and online sessions, ensuring compliance with client criteria.
- Respond promptly to last-minute changes, including replacing absent participants, contacting delayed respondents, and distributing urgent materials.
- Configure and test surveys and screeners, track response metrics, manage incentive payments, and finalize project documentation in digital systems.
- Lead initial project meetings to align stakeholders on study goals, client requirements, timelines, and assigned roles.
- Deliver consistent updates on participant recruitment progress to meet client expectations.
- Anticipate and flag potential fieldwork challenges as they arise during data collection.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and suggest improvements for study execution.
- Oversee relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely deliverables and clear communication.
- Monitor project expenditures to maintain study profitability and adherence to budget.
- Offer guidance and support to junior project management team members when required.
