About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA engineer to lead testing efforts and ensure high standards of software quality across our product suite. The role involves designing test strategies, automating test cases, and working alongside developers to deliver reliable software in fast-paced iterations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks
• Collaborate with developers to identify, report, and verify resolution of software defects
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple environments
• Improve testing processes and advocate for quality at every stage of development
• Work closely with product owners to understand feature specifications
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify patterns and areas for improvement
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines with automated checks
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases and results
• Validate API behavior and performance under various conditions
• Assist in defining quality metrics and reporting on product stability
• Stay current with emerging testing tools and industry best practices
