Responsibilities
- Establish and execute quality assurance methodologies and benchmarks
- Conduct manual testing across diverse web platforms and software applications
- Lead regression testing efforts for system updates, feature rollouts, and platform migrations
- Serve as the final quality checkpoint prior to live deployments
- Develop and initiate a strategic approach to test automation
- Evaluate and choose appropriate testing tools and determine optimal automation opportunities
- Work closely with development and operations teams to enhance overall quality protocols
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced QA team members as the department expands
