Responsibilities
- Create thorough and effective test scenarios aligned with product specifications and user narratives.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify product functionality meets established quality benchmarks.
- Build, update, and run automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and scalability over time.
- Serve as a leadership figure within your development team to promote quality excellence.
- Lead coordination between Product Managers and developers to define, clarify, and prioritize testability and quality criteria early in development.
- Detect, log, and monitor bugs using Jira, collaborating with engineers to resolve them according to priority.
- Incorporate automated testing into continuous integration and delivery pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI to support smooth deployments.
- Promote QA best practices across teams, helping maintain consistent quality standards.
- Engage fully in agile rituals including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Fluency in both English and French is required for daily communication with local team members and U.S.-based QA colleagues.
- Position based in the Paris office (75002), France.
- Work model includes three days per week in the office and two days remote.
