Every is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our automotive software applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies.
What You'll Do
- Analyze requirement documents to create detailed test scenarios aligned with product specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software meets quality standards.
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Python and Bash to automate testing processes.
- Utilize SQL to query databases, validate data integrity, and support testing activities.
- Leverage tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Postman/Insomnia for issue tracking, documentation, version control, CI, artifact management, and API testing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 5 years in quality assurance of SW features with HW dependency.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- SQL skills for database querying and validation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive software development and testing.
- Knowledge of hardware integration and testing.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
