Responsibilities
- Evaluate business and technical requirements for web and backend systems, identifying potential architectural risks early to avoid production issues.
- Serve as a system investigator by conducting in-depth reviews of multi-channel message pathways using logs, webhook data, and event tracking to pinpoint root causes of delivery or logic failures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end test plans that validate the entire message journey—from user action in the interface to final delivery confirmation—across various platforms.
- Assist in performance testing initiatives using tools like Locust to assess message throughput, API responsiveness under load, and system behavior during high-volume channel operations.
- Promote quality excellence in Agile workflows by engaging in design discussions and technical planning to emphasize testability, monitoring, and system robustness.
- Collaborate with automation engineers to enhance existing Playwright-based test frameworks, improving coverage and reliability of critical user interface workflows in CI/CD pipelines.
- Keep detailed technical records and root cause analysis reports to document complex defects and ensure organizational learning from critical incidents.
