Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for live Python applications
- Track system performance, identify issues, and conduct root cause investigations
- Lead resolution of incidents and manage problem tracking while advancing service quality
- Strengthen monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for improved visibility
- Build and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Python
- Produce code that is clean, sustainable, and thoroughly tested according to industry standards
- Participate in technical architecture planning and design discussions
- Enhance system performance and operational efficiency
- Operate within Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies for software delivery
- Help build and refine CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable deployments
- Support automated testing frameworks, peer code reviews, and release execution
- Work closely with development, quality assurance, operations, and product teams
- Design and maintain cloud-hosted solutions on platforms like AWS and Azure
- Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation
- Guarantee systems are secure, scalable, and resilient in cloud environments
- Develop or assist with front-end components using current JavaScript libraries such as React or Angular
- Partner with UX and UI designers to refine application interfaces
- Ensure robust integration between client-side and server-side components
