Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain Python libraries and microservices central to the FERDA system
- Influence the evolution of FERDA's Python architecture, including APIs and extensibility options
- Assess and implement emerging technologies, guiding them from concept to live production use
- Collaborate directly with internal users of FERDA to identify needs, resolve blockers, and deliver impactful features
- Provide ongoing support to data engineering teams by diagnosing problems and offering technical guidance
- Create and keep up to date comprehensive API documentation to enable independent team usage
