About the Role
The Senior Proposal & Growth Consultant will optimize RFP operations, lead presales innovation, and support business development by aligning solutions with client needs and commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable system for managing concurrent RFP development using analyst and design teams.
- Create customized, high-quality proposal responses aligned with client requirements and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute presales workflows to improve stakeholder coordination and solution delivery efficiency.
- Establish and maintain a centralized repository for sales enablement materials to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying cross-sell opportunities and new growth pathways.
- Monitor industry developments and client needs to guide solution innovation and strategic positioning.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure adherence to program governance and high client satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and promote cross-functional cooperation to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree, with preference for an MBA.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting or related domains, emphasizing presales and proposal management.
- Proven background in solution design, proposal development, and RFP response leadership.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling presales teams.
- Strong technical knowledge in analytics, cloud technologies, and pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid grasp of commercial pharmaceutical needs and buyer personas.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- History of successful teamwork and stakeholder coordination.
- Commitment to transparency, risk mitigation, and active stakeholder involvement.

Remote (Worldwide) — Evanston, Illinois, 10 global offices
You'll need to have
- Post-graduate degree, preferably a master’s in business administration.
- 6-8 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field, with a focus on presales & proposal management.
- Core experience in solutions, proposal building, and RFP response management.
- Proven track record in building and scaling presales teams.
- Strong technical acumen in analytics, cloud solutions, and pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations.
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
