Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles across one or more concurrent initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate multiple interrelated project streams to support overarching business goals and effective implementation.
- Establish and monitor success indicators, including KPIs, testing results, and deployment performance.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation for on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Convert organizational objectives into actionable project targets that deliver clear business value.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues to protect project integrity and goal achievement.
- Lead organizational change efforts when integrating new project outputs into operations.
- Ensure updates to standard operating procedures are implemented where required to reflect project outcomes.
- Collaborate with product delivery leads and stakeholders to maintain development alignment with defined requirements.
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic needs and ensure projects support revenue, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to promote collaboration and optimal service delivery.
- Use data analytics to evaluate project performance, identify improvements, and deliver strategic insights to decision-makers.
- Clearly communicate project goals, benefits, and progress to executive stakeholders to secure support and cross-functional engagement.
- Deliver regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to leadership teams.
- Guide and inspire project teams, fostering accountability, timely execution, and alignment with project aims.
- Balance competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment, maintaining focus on commercial outcomes and adaptability.
- Support the evolution of project management standards by contributing to governance models, tools, templates, and operational policies.
