Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent projects across departments, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and financial constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution, including planning, solution development, budget oversight, staffing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate operational workflows and business procedures to detect inefficiencies and convert findings into clear action plans
- Advance process optimization using techniques such as process mapping, data evaluation, and gap assessment
- Lead organizational change initiatives, supporting smooth adoption and securing stakeholder support
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams for integrating systems, workflows, and technical solutions
- Maintain consistent stakeholder engagement through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation alignment
