- Manage multiple projects concurrently across various departments, ensuring timely, in-scope, and budget-friendly delivery.
- Oversee complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Examine workflows and business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and convert findings into actionable requirements.
- Implement process enhancements through modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
- Head change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and stakeholder approval.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in integrating systems, processes, and technology solutions.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, providing progress updates, and managing expectations.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven history of enhancing business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency
- Experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
