Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects to ensure profitable and timely completion
- Manage teams and resources to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations
- Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
