Responsibilities
- Provide high-level strategic guidance during initial project development, helping shape approaches aligned with client goals.
- Define key success metrics covering schedule, budget, technical standards, and performance outcomes.
- Oversee ongoing management of quality assurance, safety protocols, occupational health, and environmental compliance.
- Set up clear project governance frameworks, workflows, and systems to guide execution from start to finish.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure timely delivery of detailed planning documentation.
- Offer expert advice on sourcing and acquiring necessary project resources.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions and disciplines.
- Apply performance tracking methods, including KPIs, to monitor and enhance project effectiveness.
- Manage formal change control procedures to handle project modifications efficiently.
- Monitor financial aspects of the project and provide informed guidance on budget and cost management.
- Facilitate consistent communication between project team and client through scheduled meetings and written updates.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of official progress reports and other required documentation.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client and external consultants throughout all project phases.
