360dialog GmbH is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our client projects in the LATAM region. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring alignment across internal teams to deliver on key objectives. You'll join a bootstrapped, profitable company focused on enabling businesses to adapt messaging channels for performance and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Lead project planning sessions and manage all aspects of project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, clearly communicating project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including timelines and reports.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience with a focus on optimizing creative and development processes, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
