About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major construction and infrastructure programs
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction
- Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, contractors, and regulators
- Ensure projects meet health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project phases
- Oversee procurement and contract management activities
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes
- Facilitate regular progress reporting and client meetings
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods
- Support change management processes during project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Lead project governance and assurance activities
- Promote collaborative working across internal and external teams
