About the Role
The role involves managing high-impact advisory projects, leading client engagements, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic recommendations using analytical frameworks and industry expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client advisory projects with a focus on quality and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data, analytics, and domain knowledge
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders during project lifecycles
- Translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights
- Develop project plans, define milestones, and manage resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout project execution
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and scoping sessions
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and value delivery
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and client-specific requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with data and research teams to ensure accurate inputs
- Oversee documentation and reporting for all project phases
- Align project goals with broader client objectives
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments efficiently
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and deliverables
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned
- Stay current on industry trends impacting advisory needs
- Represent the team in internal and client-facing meetings
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or energy-related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certification
- Direct experience in oil and gas or energy transition sectors
- Familiarity with ESG or decarbonization advisory projects
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in North American energy markets
- Background in change management or organizational transformation
- Track record of contributing to thought leadership or publications
- Fluency in additional languages
