AECOM is hiring a Senior Project Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports offering visibility into project performance across all project management office functions at both project and program levels.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to detect patterns, variances, and areas for process enhancement.
  • Deliver concise, actionable data insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making in project governance.
  • Build descriptive and predictive analytical models to evaluate possible project results using existing data and trends.
  • Partner with risk management specialists to embed data-informed risk modeling into control frameworks.
  • Measure and incorporate risk effects into forecasting and contingency strategies to present a comprehensive assessment of project status, including support for quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis.
  • Engage directly with project teams to identify needs, define objectives, and implement customized analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, understandable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure all analytics methods and procedures comply with recognized industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Remain current on emerging analytics technologies, methodologies, related tools—including project controls platforms—and evolving best practices in project and program management.
