Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ Revit Experience
  • AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, Creative Office Suite and MS Office experience preferred
  • Consultative approach to client needs
  • Superior Customer Service and Follow Through
  • Experience in all phases of project work
  • Committed to Project Deadlines
  • California license
  • Demonstrable OSPHD experience to include successful documentation, approval and construction administration of an OSHPD project
  • Highly collaborative project team leader

Nice to Have

  • Newforma and Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: Senior Housing, Student Housing, Affordable Housing, Mixed-use, and Workplace
