Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for a portfolio of major Media & Entertainment clients, including studios, streaming services, networks, and gaming brands, working across top agency holding companies and direct brand teams.
- Collaborate with Sales to create strategic account strategies, support renewals, and uncover opportunities for growth within complex, multi-party entertainment relationships.
- Ensure agency and brand teams successfully use audience and contextual data across programmatic platforms, particularly during key marketing periods like show launches, film releases, and major events.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders in programmatic, media planning, analytics, and strategy roles at both agency holding groups and direct brands.
- Lead high-level business reviews focused on platform adoption, campaign performance, and opportunities for expansion across client teams.
- Manage the configuration and delivery of audience segments across supply-side platforms and programmatic systems for campaigns run through holding companies and direct clients.
- Guide partners through the full activation process—from planning and audience creation to deployment and quality assurance—without direct campaign optimization, with focus on critical launch timelines.
- Deliver training and education on how to access, build, and use audience segments within agency programmatic workflows and internal brand buying teams.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to audience delivery or integration, coordinating with internal tech teams to ensure timely fixes, especially during high-pressure launch periods.
- Act as a primary conduit for feedback from top clients to internal teams, helping improve activation ease, workflow efficiency, and audience effectiveness.
- Support Sales in pre-sales activities, including planning discussions, platform demonstrations, and aligning client objectives with data and measurement offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with deep expertise in audience solutions when engaging with senior-level media and brand decision-makers.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to design solutions tailored to the complex, multi-agency, multi-brand structures common among major entertainment clients.
