Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle execution of intricate, cross-team People initiatives from concept to delivery and refinement
- Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to set objectives, define success criteria, and shape strategic roadmaps
- Drive implementation of People offerings using scalable systems that enhance workforce experience and organizational performance
- Anticipate interdependencies, risks, and compromises across projects, facilitating timely alignment and resolution
- Convert high-level strategies into executable plans with transparent communication and ownership across groups
- Implement governance structures, progress reporting, and recurring operational cadences to monitor results
- Aggregate findings from multiple parallel efforts to shape executive reporting and strategic guidance
- Enhance program management standards and methodologies within the People function through continuous improvement
