Mercor is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Data & Automation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise-wide system modernization, managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, launch preparedness, and executive updates.
  • Design a cohesive data architecture that unifies key business entities such as tasks, projects, products, contracts, clients, specialists, and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop a task-centric system that enables tracking of revenue, cost allocation, delivery velocity, quality metrics, and operational oversight.
  • Convert business needs from Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market functions into detailed product specifications, process models, data schemas, and technical validation criteria.
  • Oversee the creation of embedded dashboards for monitoring project planning, daily progress, output rates, margins, billing, payment status, quality, and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Manage the rollout of financial workflows including billing systems, payment tracking, revenue recognition, fraud prevention, audit readiness, reconciliation processes, and internal controls.
  • Build scalable systems for resource allocation, project lifecycle tracking, and performance evaluation of specialists, with real-time monitoring, alerting, access controls, and operational safeguards.
  • Define and implement a structured program governance framework including weekly reviews, dependency management, risk/issue/action logs, decision records, escalation protocols, UAT coordination, hypercare support, and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Act as the central liaison across departments to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in technical solutions and that technical limitations are clearly communicated to business leaders.
