Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of security solutions across enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
- Conduct requirements analysis, system design, installation, configuration, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with customer leadership and technical teams, including security and operations personnel.
- Advise on cybersecurity best practices, zero-trust models, malware defense, and secure data exchange processes.
- Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Ensure smooth transition to customer teams or managed services post-deployment.
- Operate security monitoring services on either a 24/7 or business-hours basis, depending on agreement terms.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to security events using security platforms and common SOC technologies.
- Direct incident investigations, perform initial triage, and escalate as needed to customer teams.
- Develop and deploy detection logic, response playbooks, and incident handling procedures.
- Produce regular reporting on SOC performance, service health, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements and ensure consistent service quality.
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of professional service projects.
- Manage project schedules, risk registers, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
- Handle multiple concurrent customer engagements while meeting project milestones.
- Act as the main technical liaison for designated customer accounts.
- Explain technical details clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Foster strong customer relationships to promote trust, solution adoption, and long-term success.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and service enhancement discussions.
