Responsibilities
- Leading comprehensive research efforts from start to finish, including customer interviews, market assessments, and competitive analysis, transforming complex data into strategic insights and product roadmap guidance
- Performing regular and on-demand performance reviews covering sales metrics, conversion rates, customer retention, and product usage, then distilling results into clear reports for executive and board-level review
- Staying current on K-12 education market trends, district and school-level needs, regulatory changes, and competitor actions to guide pricing, product positioning, and market entry strategies
- Developing detailed financial and strategic analyses to evaluate new product initiatives, potential partnerships, and expansion into adjacent markets, weighing growth potential against portfolio sustainability
- Supporting cross-departmental planning by delivering timely intelligence on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive threats to inform decisions across product development, sales, marketing, and customer support
