Responsibilities

  • Encourage innovation and exceptional service delivery through product expertise and client-focused solutions.
  • Utilize regional, local, and global medical and scientific resources to support business expansion.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with influential healthcare professionals.
  • Design and implement an efficient and strategic territory visit schedule.
  • Maintain accurate territory documentation and submit regular reports to management.
  • Monitor and report competitor actions and customer trends to enhance territory planning.
  • Control operational costs to optimize profitability within the assigned region.
  • Define objectives prior to sales calls and evaluate outcomes afterward to improve effectiveness.
  • Deliver targeted sales presentations using advanced communication and negotiation techniques.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product teams, and colleagues to execute marketing initiatives and improve performance.
  • Align individual efforts with broader business unit goals and strategies.
  • Drive financial performance of key brands to meet national business targets.
  • Nurture strategic accounts to achieve long-term revenue plan objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize healthcare providers eligible for injector training programs.
  • Secure commitments from healthcare professionals and coordinate training logistics, including dry lab, wet lab, and live sessions.
  • Deliver scientific information through in-person interactions, meetings, and presentations in compliance with company policies and training guidelines, representing product expertise locally and regionally.
  • Proactively share healthcare provider insights with Product Specialists and management.
  • Design and implement development activities for Product Specialists, such as joint field visits, surgical observations, and one-on-one coaching, particularly with high-priority surgeons and centers.
  • Follow up with healthcare providers to confirm satisfaction and offer guidance, reinforcing engagement to boost product utilization.
  • Conduct scheduled wet lab and surgical training sessions.
  • Submit detailed reports following each surgical training event.
  • Issue completion certificates upon confirmation of a surgeon’s proficiency.
  • Respond promptly to adverse events, complaints, or complications according to local regulatory and procedural requirements.
