- Identify and prioritize healthcare providers eligible for injector training programs.
- Secure commitments from healthcare professionals and coordinate training logistics, including dry lab, wet lab, and live sessions.
- Deliver scientific information through in-person interactions, meetings, and presentations in compliance with company policies and training guidelines, representing product expertise locally and regionally.
- Proactively share healthcare provider insights with Product Specialists and management.
- Design and implement development activities for Product Specialists, such as joint field visits, surgical observations, and one-on-one coaching, particularly with high-priority surgeons and centers.
- Follow up with healthcare providers to confirm satisfaction and offer guidance, reinforcing engagement to boost product utilization.
- Conduct scheduled wet lab and surgical training sessions.
- Submit detailed reports following each surgical training event.
- Issue completion certificates upon confirmation of a surgeon’s proficiency.
- Respond promptly to adverse events, complaints, or complications according to local regulatory and procedural requirements.
