Act as Product Owner for IT teams that support Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and other Corporate Functions.
Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to set priorities, maintain roadmaps, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
Oversee and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value and support organizational goals.
Work with stakeholders and other IT teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and release plans.
Partner with IT Planning Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and business stakeholders to refine, prioritize, and deliver work.
Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
Communicate delivery status, releases, risks, and key decisions clearly and transparently.
Drive continuous improvement of business processes, operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.
Champion Agile principles and product ownership best practices while providing thought leadership and mentorship.
Monitor delivery outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and business risks.
Document all work in Azure DevOps according to established standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or other Corporate Systems functions preferred.
Working knowledge of accounting, financial operations, and related business processes strongly preferred.
Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms preferred.
