Responsibilities
- Manage the full product operating cycle including planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch evaluations, and alignment rituals
- Lead end-to-end launch execution across cards, payments, and platform, covering readiness, partner enablement, internal rollout, customer experience preparation, and post-launch analysis
- Establish a structured feedback system with fintech, neobank, and institutional partners to gather, analyze, and prioritize input for product development
- Develop and maintain operational tools, dashboards, and documentation such as partner trackers, release notes, status updates, and internal knowledge repositories
- Collaborate with product managers to define and deliver cross-functional projects involving support, compliance, partnerships, and finance, managing handoffs between teams
- Advance operational discipline through consistent metrics tracking, postmortem reviews, decision logging, and institutional learning that improves over time
- Proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies in processes, tools, communication, and decision-making to improve team effectiveness
